    THE CALL YOU COULDN'T TAKE

    MISSED CALL.
    NEXT JOB.

You're on a job. A new customer calls. See how a text can keep the conversation going while your hands are full.

Missed-call text-back for HVAC, plumbing and roofing businesses.

When a call goes unanswered, your business sends a text so the customer is not left waiting. PVG Media configures the call routing, the response, the handoff to your team and the reporting. This is a managed service.

    Basic text-back

Acknowledges the missed call by text and invites the customer to reply. Your team sees the conversation and follows up.

    Added workflows

Qualifying questions and automatic booking are separate workflows. They need your calendar, service area and booking rules connected and tested before they run.

WHAT IS ONE RECOVERED JOB WORTH?

An assumption model, not a forecast and not a PVG Media result. Count only missed sales calls from new customers. Leave out repeat callers and non-sales calls.

    What we work through

    • How your calls are routed today and who answers when
    • Business hours and your service area
    • When a missed call gets a callback and when it can move toward booking
    • Owner and team alerts, so the right person sees each lead
    • Testing before go-live, then ongoing checks

    Your number and pricing

We aim to keep your existing number where your current provider and routing support it. We verify that first.

We quote the setup after checking your phone routing, calendar and call volume.

    Questions

    Can I keep my number?

Often, yes. Whether your current number can stay depends on your phone provider and how your calls are routed today. We check that during discovery and confirm what works before anything changes.

What happens when a customer wants a person?

The text offers a callback. When a customer asks for a person, your team gets a callback task with the details captured so far, and the automated texts step aside.

    Can it book appointments?

Basic text-back acknowledges the call and starts the conversation. Booking needs an additional workflow connected to your calendar and your booking rules. We scope and test that separately before it goes live.

What happens when someone replies STOP?

STOP ends promotional texts through configured suppression, so that number stops receiving them. We test opt-out handling as part of setup.

Does this include a voice receptionist?

No. Voice reception is a separately scoped service. This demo shows text-back only and does not set up any live voice system. It is also not an emergency dispatch service.
